WHAT? - an interactive dramatic re-creation of some of the events surrounding that first Easter, indoors this year, journey back into time to interact with costumed characters through out our new building.
WHO? - a cast of more than twenty five actors and actresses from the New Life Church congregation a support crew of a dozen plus workers. New actors and even more new characters this year.
WHY? - to provide a meaningful, family-friendly Easter event for the people of our community to create an opportunity to introduce people to the real meaning of Easter.
WHERE? - park on the church property. Presentation is held indoors at our new church building at New Life Church property, 6881 Yonge St. (Hwy. 11 between Innisfil Beach Rd. and 89), Innisfil .

Imagine, if you will, going back in time, about 2000 years and you find yourself in Jerusalem. It's around the time of Jesus. In fact you are there just in time to learn about His last week, from His ride into Jerusalem on a donkey colt to His death on the cross and more, much more. The script for this event was written based on a true story, the Bible.
This year New Life Baptist Church will be presenting the Easter story In Search of Jesus. Your journey will run from 2:00 P.M. and runs ever hour on the hour to 5:00 P.M. and 2 evening presentations at 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. Good Friday April 3! There are many new changes, and characters. You will still bump into soldiers, meet Barabbas, thief, lepers, Simon of Cyrene, many witnesses, beggars, candle makers, Thomas, Mary Magdalene and the Beloved John. And of course the market place. This year will be an indoor presentation, in a handicap friendly facility and no trekking through the trees. Even with the changes the true Easter story will be presented to you with great passion.
